As a homeowner, your annual homeowner assessment is used by the community to maintain the common grounds and encourage homeowners to maintain their property based on our governing documents.

Please read your Manderley Document Book before making any changes to your home. If the changes you are considering are not covered, you should contact Specialty Management or a Board member before proceeding with the change or filling out an application form. Contact Specialty Management if you were not issued a document book during the sale of your home.

Some of our regulations may seem restrictive, but as homeowners we must all comply to keep the property value of our homes at an optimum level. This is a regulated community and a contiguous look of our home exteriors is essential for our homeowners to be proud of where they live and maximize our resale values in this competitive market.
