Manderley bylaws covered in the covenants were altered in 2005 to include a clause on the leasing of properties by owners to families within Manderley. Owners are required to have the lessees approved by the Board of Directors prior to signing any lease for occupancy. We require a background check to be performed and a charge for administration of $75 dollars is required. Our goal is to protect the community, our children and the property owner from issues identified in the individuals past history.

No for rent or lease signs are allowed to be permitted to stand on property within the community.

Thank you for adhering to these rules. Leasers who do not comply could face fines and have the lease nullified bringing liability for damages from the tenant.
