	2012 DUES ARE SET AT $452
	ANNUAL ASSESSMENT All homeowners have a $452.00 annual assessment for the maintenance of the community for 2012. You are billed near the end of December each year with an option to pay in two installments. Under the community covenants registered to each property the failure to pay an installment on time causes the entire amount to be due immediately and interest accrual starts as of the due date of the missed payment.

The arrears owed the community is public information and can be obtained from your board of directors or management company.
