Approved Manderley Home Exterior Colors

The Board of Directors in response to the 2007 Florida Statute change approved a narrower range of exterior home colors and front door colors that will be accepted for approval, through the Architectural Review Process.  Please commit to seeking out the ARC prior to purchasing paint or hiring contractors.

Please Submit your color selection to Specialty Management attached to your Architectural Review Form. Please submit the request as soon as you have plans to paint your home so there is time (30 days) to process your request and obtain approval BEFORE painting. The committee will consider your paint chip selection for compliance to the new range of approved colors.  If you paint your home the same color as an approved paint color your approval can go much smoother. Please notify Specialty Management using the Architectural Review Form.  The changes were made in accordance to the new changes to state Statute. Please contact the ARC for further information.
