The ARC is responsible for coordinating all Architectural Review Applications. They review changes to home exteriors and landscaping. Decisions of Yard of the Month, approved paint colors, upkeep, and other aesthetics associated with our common grounds are made by the committee and recommendations are submitted to the board for voting and approvals. Yard of the Month is decided by committee with blind ratings taken of each home throughout our neighborhood by three to four people from the committee. Afterward comparison is done of the tally sheets and the two homes with a majority are assigned yard of the month with others noted as honorable mention. |
